Invoice Management System

Small-business client Power Apps & Power Automate

The problem

The business already had digital invoices, but no clean, automated way to process them. Handling each one still took a lot of manual work.

What I built

A Power Apps dashboard that brings service details, pricing, and payment records together, with Power Automate handling the routine steps of the invoice workflow.

The result

Invoices now move through one streamlined process with far less manual work, and services and payments are easy to review in one place.

Website, Team Site & Data Platform

Client project Power Pages, SharePoint & Dataverse

Power Pages site

Designed and built the client’s website on Power Pages, from page layout and navigation to the visual design.

Internal SharePoint site

Set up a SharePoint site for the client’s team, giving their internal documents and information one organized home.

Dataverse back end

Modeled the data in Dataverse, so the site’s content and records live in structured tables the team can manage in one place.

I’m an IT graduate and Power Platform developer at Melt Technology, where I build and support Power Apps, maintain Power Pages sites, and set up SharePoint for teams. I like taking a messy, manual process and turning it into something simple that people actually want to use.
